Description

Limemound Spirea is compact and dense, with the leaves starting out yellow in spring, then changing to lime green in summer. Tiny pink flowers bloom from spring to mid-simmer, with occasional repeat blooming.

For placement, this shrub tolerates a wide range of soils, and prefers medium moisture with good drainage. It prefers fulls sun and tolerates light shade. Pruning should be done in late winter or spring. Limemound Spirea is an aggressive self-seeder and will spread by suckering.
